In 2012 God gave me the idea of designing, printing and manufacturing a clothing range with Proteas, Windmills and other South African images on and to include His scriptures on the clothing. 

After my divorce in 2017 I closed RegtigBlessed, but God made a way for me in 2018 to re-open again.  As I developed new products, I felt that something was missing and that God had bigger, better plans for RegtigBlessed.  In 2023 He placed a new dream in my heart to design a South African Delft collection.  Over the next couple of months I was frustrated in every effort that I made to get the collection going.  I wasn’t aware that God was busy behind the scenes, preparing the way…

In November 2024 I desperately cried out to God for help with RegtigBlessed.  Dunamis Textile Printers kept me busy 24/7 and I didn’t have the time to work on new designs.  One morning I asked God to show me who I should approach for a collaboration, I knew I needed someone who understood my vision and would have the time to hand paint every element needed to create a stunning collection that would glorify God and bring our vision to life.  Immediately God answered me and told me who to contact; a new client of Dunamis Textile Printers who approached us to print her “Blommelappe” watercolour collection just two months prior.  I made contact with Mariki right away and together we discovered that God was preparing us both all along in order for us to be ready to work together on this beautiful South African collection. 

As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are His thoughts higher than our thoughts and His ways than our ways!  We would have never been able to create this stunning collection without God who is the source of our creative endeavors!

God has called me to use RegtigBlessed to reach people with His message of hope and healing through my testimony.
